Our app allows visitors to easily type a message, which will look more professional. In addition, we offer the option to retrieve an address via Google Maps, so that no errors can be made in the data.
In addition, visitors can also leave their email address, so that the condolence message can be adjusted at home and photos can be added if necessary. This way you can easily leave a personal and worthy tribute for the person you love.

They can simply record a voice message, allowing them to support the relatives in a personal and heart-warming way.
The funeral director will receive an email containing all information about the newly created profile. This includes the online condolence register, a QR code for direct access to the condolences, a download link for all condolence messages received and a link to the thank you email system.
The visitor email is designed in such a way that visitors have the opportunity to customize the text, add a photo to their condolence and, as a wonderful addition, leave a voice message for the relatives.
Your Personal Space for Reminders and Support
We have designed a special profile page for relatives. On this page you can easily find and listen to all received condolences and voice messages. View photos: All uploaded photos of visitors to the funeral or cremation can be viewed separately here.
Combined Messages: In addition to individual photos, you can also view the complete condolence messages with text and photo together. Voice Messages: You can easily listen to all voice messages left behind via a user-friendly menu.
This profile page provides a central place to experience the support and memories of loved ones at your own pace.
No, we do not track location.
We monitor pages via Google Analytics. This is all done anonymously.
All data is stored and processed in Google firebase.
For companies we charge a monthly amount + a fee for each created and active profile.
For private / private use it is a one-off fee of 69 euros and it will remain online for as long as the user wants.
We try to add new options or improve the current system every quarter.
The condolence register will remain online forever. The funeral director can remove this himself.
There are no additional costs involved.
